Once the miner is registered, what is the immediate next step if you have been unregistered twice whilst accumulating dividends? The immediate next step is to start your server/validator. Sometimes you may not build up enough incentive and you will become deregistered. Validators are compared using stake (because validators don't get incentive) You also need >=1024 stake to be compared as a validator for this purpose. A validator may get deregistered when their proportion of the network stake is less than the lowest incentive peer (with no immunity) so if 1024/TotalNetworkStake < lowestIncentivePeer, then the validator with only 1024 stake will get deregistered.

So my understanding is that if a validator's proportion of the network stake falls below the lowest incentive peer (with no immunity), they may be deregistered again. In this case, the miner would need to continue accumulating stake and increasing their proportion of the network to remain a validator and continue accumulating dividends. It is also worth considering other strategies, such as forming partnerships or collaborations with other miners or validators, to increase their chances of remaining a validator and accumulating dividends.
